I think my PTSD from this dreadful winter is finally subsiding and I am coming around to believing in spring again. Its been 10 days since my last time wearing my winter coat and I suspect, if this weather continues this route for the next 10 days, I may be able to put my coats away.
Pulled out a chambray shirt and leather skirt for this casual Thursday. I paired a faux fur clutch with neon sandals for a little bit of pop. While I love these Prabal Gurung sandals, I suspect I will have to part with them soon. The straps are just not secure enough. In lieu of the typical buckle ankle strap, the straps slide into a folding metal clasp. Only problem is the clasp rarely stays fastened and the straps end up loosening with each step. Much annoying. Not looking forward to having to find dope (and comfy) neon heels again. I wish I could just buy a neon buckle ankle strap and replace the ones that came with the shoe. I must Google and see if that's a thing.
